4th African Women in Leadership and Public Service Summit-Gaborone,Botswana

It is a well-known fact that women are still under-represented at every level of the corporate ladder – non-management, middle and senior management with men holding the majority of senior level positions. Although the number of women in leadership positions may have risen, women do not necessarily have greater power as numbers do not necessarily equal influence. If Africa is to achieve gender equality, representation rates, however, still need to double. Whilst it’s clear that women are making significant strides towards equality, there is still a vast distance to go before all barriers can be erased.

On the strength of the above, we are pleased to invite you to participate in another bigger, inspiring, revealing and thought provoking experience at the 2020 African Women in Leadership and Public Service Summit with the theme “Beyond the Glass Ceiling 2” slated for 24-27 March, 2020 in Gaborone, Botswana.
